Seven Chances – film music

Film comedian and director Buster Keaton is, along with Charlie Chaplin, one of the most famous silent film characters of all time. During his career, he has involved in the production of over a hundred assorted slapstick films, with his most valuable works being made between 1923 and 1927, including the 1925 film Frigo is Getting Married (Seven Chances), in which Buster Keaton excels in the lead role. The silent film will be accompanied by live music performed by the ŠKO Žilina orchestra under the baton of the American conductor Robert Israel, who is also the composer of the music for this famous American grotesque.

Seven chances with music by Robert Israel is being presented in its European premiere.
