The Slovak Sinfonietta String Quartet was founded in 2024 within the Slovak Sinfonietta Žilina as a chamber ensemble comprising leading musicians from this internationally renowned chamber orchestra. Since then, the ensemble has performed at numerous concerts and major social events, successfully showcasing high artistic quality and compelling programming both in the Slovak Republic and abroad. Individual members of the ensemble perform not only in chamber music settings but also as soloists with the orchestra as part of the Slovak Sinfonietta Žilina subscription season.
